The Moon Mix starts with a base of rolled oats, cashews, grapeseed oil, honey, and a touch of brown sugar. After the granola is pressed onto baking sheets and baked at a low temp, the pepitas, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate pieces are added, making it more a granola / trail mix hybrid. It’s a heartier mix for an anytime snack or an on-the-trail meal.
